There's far too many things to get right when it comes to standers, all play a very important part, ignore one or get it wrong and it will increase your wobble.
Main points are get the gun to fit you, not the other way around. Stance shoulder width apart, and your HIPS 90° to the target, elbow of supporting arm pushed into your hip .
Don't rotate your hips to get onto the target, instead pivot on your front leg and move your back foot left or right to get onto the target ,DO NOT ROTATE THE BODY LEFT OR RIGHT, doing this induces muscle tension as they try to hold your upper torso in the position.
Set your trigger to single stage and do not try to hold the cross hairs onto the target hoping to get a better aim, once its there release the shot. Good luck and get practicing on the silhouettes.
I used to go through a full tin of pellets in a afternoon practicing on the sillys, used to do 100 turkeys without a rest. It's good practice as it builds up your stamina.
